How does it work?

Home to Heart is a 3-week online journey for anyone who’s tired of feeling disconnected - from emotions, from relationships, from self.


This is about coming back to centre.

Back to the part of you that knows what you want, what you feel, and what you’re no longer willing to tolerate. Through guided, live sessions (hosted by me, Lana Jago), you’ll learn how to tune back in - so you can let go of the pressure to perform, drop the old expectations, and start living in alignment with who you actually are.


Each session is reflective and practical - no oversharing, no awkward group therapy vibes - just real tools, self-connection, and space to feel what’s true.


Because the strongest relationship you’ll ever have is the one you build with yourself.

WHAT'S IN THE COURSE?

Session 1:  Disconnection and Self-Awareness


We start by looking at what happens when we’re disconnected from our emotions and why it can be challenging to stay present with our feelings, often due to societal conditioning, shame around vulnerability, and the pressure to fit the "Correct' mould.


We’ll dive into the many ways we avoid our feelings—busyness, perfectionism and distraction—and uncover what lies beneath .

Session 2: Releasing Limiting Beliefs

In this session, we’ll begin with a grounding meditation and then bring a lifelong belief, expectation, or judgment to awareness. Through guided exercises, you’ll start the process of setting down this weight, moving beyond the story to connect directly with your feelings.


We’ll practice staying present with these emotions, giving you the space to sit in your truth without distraction or judgment.

Session 3:  Compassion and Connection

We’ll end by embracing compassion for where you’ve been and the choices that brought you here.


This final session focuses on building a lasting connection to yourself, exploring what it feels like to live aligned with your true self, and how to maintain that connection going forward. You’ll leave with practical tools and strategies to stay grounded and connected in your everyday life.
