Energy Sessions

Energy work can be a powerful support - whether you’re feeling emotionally wobbly, physically off, or just in need of a reset.

These sessions help clear stuck emotional patterns, shift old  wounds, and create real energetic space for something new. During each session, I also tap into intuitive guidance and wisdom tailored to what your soul - and your relationships - need most.

Think of it as a soul-level tune-up for the relationships you’re ready to heal, grow, or call in.

Koha sessions are conducted via distance, meaning you can go about your day and I will send you a voice recording of the session after I have finished. I offer these sessions in exchange for a koha - you gift what you feel it's worth to you.

If you're booking an in-person session, you have the option of combining energy work with intuitive essential oil massage for the ultimate reset!

Energy sessions are available on Fridays.
